All DIAM corks undergo the patented DIAMANT process before leaving the DIAM plant semi-finished. The semi-finished corks are then shipped in numbered lots, sealed with SO2.
These lots are then shipped to the various OENEO finishing plants, which are strategically located throughout the world’s wine producing regions (see below for list of locations).
Upon reception at the finishing plants, the DIAM corks undergo a new series of quality control tests.

The DIAM corks are then personalized and marked according to the customers’ preferences. The homogenous nature of the DIAM cork lends itself particularly well to reproducing intricate or elaborate designs.
After the design process is complete the corks are sealed.
The final quality control steps include moisture analysis and extraction, dust and capillary tests.
