Dominique TOURNEIX is graduated in Food Technology and Pharmacy. He has successfully developed his industrial experience in multinational companies at Mars Inc. and Yves Rocher Group.

Dr. Christophe Loisel, Director of Research and Development and Quality Control for DIAM Bouchage leads research and development of new products and ensures that our product quality meets our high standards. Dr. Loisel has also performed extensive research on volatile molecules extracted by the DIAMANT process and on cork permeability. Dr. Loisel gained extensive experience in food research at the Danone Company.

Pascal POPELIER is a MBA graduate from OHIO State University and has a long experience in the Wine and Spirit Industry. He is leading the French, Spanish and South American sales teams.

François MARGOT has graduated in Agronomy and Wine Business. His understanding of the Wine Industry allowed the company to develop strong relationships with our clients in his region.

Jacques Olivier BAUGIER has vast wine industry experience. He is responsible for all key accounts on the french Market.

Daniel SALES has graduated as an engineer and has strong experience in the Food Industry. He is leading all the operations of the company (Production, Purchase and Supply Chain Management)
